Lifestyle Marketing Manager

Montucky Cold Snacks (MCS) is actively looking for a Lifestyle Manager to join our fast-growing company. We are an American style lager beer based in Bozeman, MT with our core values centering around giving back to the community and inspiring others to have fun. We are looking for a candidate who is a self-starter and enjoys a fast-paced environment with exceptional sales experience to join the Montucky Cold Snacks team.

Lifestyle Marketing Manager -
Reports to: VP of Marketing
Preferred Locations: Pacific Northwest, Nashville, and Colorado
Travel: Appx 50%
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000

The Lifestyle Marketing Manager is responsible for developing brand advocacy via regional in-culture events and partnerships. The Lifestyle Marketing Manager aids in crafting regional culture marketing strategies and tactics. Events, artists, and influencers will be utilized to create local and regional awareness and affinity for Montucky Cold Snacks, while executing programs and initiatives to wider national strategies and programs. The role reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing.

• Manage relationships with key trend leading on-premise accounts in up to (3) metros. (approx. 25 accounts)
• Manage relationships with strategic “non-premise” cultural accounts within market to build and foster brand awareness within the respective community.
• Assist the VP of Marketing in making plans for regional Lifestyle Marketing.
• Work with the VP of Marketing and the respective sales teams to make sure all Montucky supported Lifestyle Marketing events in the region are executed to both marketing and sales team standards
• Identify and partner with regional event organizers to support and build events that align with regional and national MCS brand pillars and objectives.
• Help the VP of Marketing to execute the yearly Lifestyle Marketing Business Plan and re-cap it’s effectiveness for future growth and planning .
• Manage budget for projects and events to maximize resources.
• Work with the Communications Brand Manager to raise awareness through localized media outlets and on social media.
• Work with the VP of Marketing to target regional influencers and artists to make in-roads within their communities to steward awareness and affinity for Montucky Cold Snacks.
• Work within your community to find alignment with charities and organizations that have synergies with the charitable priorities of Don’t Be A Jerk and Montucky Cold Snacks.
• Work alongside the broader Marketing Team to develop strategy and tactics around increasing awareness and advocacy for Montucky Cold Snacks.
• Effectively recap and assess the success and ROI of events and partnerships.
• Work with local wholesalers and sales team to consider and execute regional sponsorship opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred), or relevant experience. If you don’t have a degree, please apply anyway. This job is about experience and sometimes education does not always need to be the most traditional.
• Interest and passion for culture.

• Ability to self-start and work efficiently remotely is a must
• Must be highly conscientious, analytical, organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong work ethic with ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Must possess a helpful, friendly, collaborative personality.
• Must be comfortable working in a high-pressure, goal-focused environment.
• Able to use a laptop and email, Proficient in Microsoft Office, PDF documents, expense tracking software
• Travel will be required.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license and a dependable vehicle
